About The Position

Sally Beauty is seeking a passionate and talented Store Manager to lead a team-oriented, dynamic retail environment. The Store Manager manages talent, inspires and develops associates, and ensures customers receive an excellent experience and tailored solutions for their hair and beauty needs. This role oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. The manager also ensures staff follow safety, security, and Company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and keeps the store looking its best.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
