About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail store environment at Sally Beauty, managing talent and inspiring associates to deliver memorable customer experiences and customized solutions for customers’ hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintains the assigned budget, controls expenses, grows sales, and manages inventory. The role also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and keeps the store looking its best.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus but is not required.
