About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring an experienced, people-focused leader for a Branch Manager career within its National Branch Network. The role leads and develops a team, establishes an engaged and accountable culture, coaches for improved banker productivity, and balances business growth with operational risk management. Onboarding begins with the Branch Manager Readiness Program, which includes mentorship, job shadowing, practical learning, and experience with day-to-day branch operations. Successful completion is required before transitioning to a Branch Manager position. Branch assignment depends on business need and availability. SAFE registration is required at employment; Wells Fargo initiates the process after the start date. Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo standards, and may be subject to credit-report review and additional ongoing screening. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
