About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team in creating meaningful moments of connection and joy for customers and the community. The role involves running a business and creating a warm, welcoming coffeehouse where people feel welcome. The role requires full-time work, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and professional maturity when coaching and mentoring team partners.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead the coffeehouse team and create a welcoming environment for the community.
Coach and mentor team partners.
Run the coffeehouse business.
