About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Levi’s store at Opry Mills in Nashville, Tennessee. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is consumer-centric, open-minded, and proactive, and models and coaches the team to provide an excellent consumer experience. The role oversees customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

The Store Manager leads the team by developing sales strategies, recruiting and developing employees, managing inventory and payroll, handling employee relations, and maintaining store operations and visual merchandising. They help ensure an engaging shopping experience while achieving financial targets and keeping the brand relevant to customers.

The role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 40 pounds and frequent movement, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of store management experience.
• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead and motivate others.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.

Responsibilities
