About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Levi’s store at Opry Mills in Nashville, Tennessee. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is consumer-centric, open-minded, and proactive, and models and coaches the team to provide an excellent customer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The Store Manager leads the team to grow sales and achieve financial targets, recruit and develop employees, maintain operational excellence, and ensure an engaging shopping experience. The role calls for a leader who shares Levi Strauss & Co.’s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance, and who is passionate about the brand and retail industry.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of store management experience.
- Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead and motivate others.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
Responsibilities
- Model and coach the team to provide an excellent experience to consumers.
- Develop sales strategies to meet targets and maximize profits.
- Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate the team.
- Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
- Lead by example and foster an environment where employees feel safe, included, and inspired.
