About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads the team and runs the business while creating a warm, welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. The role focuses on leading with craft and care, creating meaningful moments for customers, and making the coffeehouse a welcoming place for the community. Requirements

Three years of retail or customer service management experience, or four or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, with work regularly exceeding 40 hours per week, and variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
