About The Position

Sally Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team-oriented, dynamic retail environment. The manager leads and develops associates, creates a strong customer experience, and ensures customers receive tailored solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The role oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. The Store Manager also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and keeps the store looking its best.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including prolonged standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching; and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• May be exposed to fumes, odors, and irritant chemicals; the work may involve moving parts, carts, or machines.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus but is not required.
