About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team at Sally Beauty, managing talent, inspiring associates, and ensuring customers receive a memorable experience and solutions tailored to their hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. The role also includes protecting customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company procedures, and maintaining the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license.
