About The Position

The Store Manager promotes a positive shopping experience and builds loyal customer relationships. Reporting to the District Manager, the role delivers strong business results by leading and inspiring a high-performing team, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining excellent standards. The Store Manager recruits, trains, and coaches team members and maximizes store profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets. The position is based at GARAGE in Fox Valley Mall.

Requirements

High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or a related discipline is an asset.
3–5 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail, or equivalent management experience.
Passion for fashion and a customer-oriented approach.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to foster participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on others’ ideas.
Flexibility, innovation, and urgency in responding to changing business conditions with impactful ideas and solutions.
Excellent organizational, time-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
Social media and mobile device skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or OpenOffice.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to business needs.
