About The Position

GARAGE is opening a new store at Bullring Shopping Centre in Birmingham as part of its UK expansion. The Store Manager reports to the International Sales Director and is responsible for cultivating brand awareness in the UK market, delivering a positive shopping experience, and building loyal customer relationships. The role leads and inspires a high-performing team to achieve strong business results, operational efficiency, and excellent standards. It includes recruiting, training, and coaching team members, and maximising profitability by meeting and exceeding sales and productivity targets.

Requirements

At least 2 years of Store Manager experience, preferably in a high-street fashion background.
Previous experience managing large teams.
Experience managing a high-turnover store.
Passion for fashion and a strongly customer-oriented approach.
Flair for visual merchandising, brand standards, and training.
Social media savvy, with the ability to further leverage the brand’s image through social media.
Entrepreneurial spirit, inspirational leadership, and an authentic individual approach.
