About The Position
Store Managers lead teams to maximize store financial performance by optimizing talent, executing operations, and delivering a rewarding customer experience. They act with urgency, are results-driven, and build high-performance teams that execute with excellence. The anticipated salary range is $70,000–$88,320, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. This position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus. The role operates during store operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., with respectful schedules.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales to exceed financial goals.
- Manage payroll and control expenses.
- Foster a results-driven store environment.
- Successfully execute special events.
- Prioritize workload and validate execution of standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and serve as a subject matter expert in operational processes.
- Acquire high-quality talent; train and develop associates; manage performance; and effectively staff and schedule the store.
- Create a team atmosphere.
- Ensure a friendly customer environment, maintain in-stock items and accurate pricing, and keep the store neat, clean, and organized.
- Use data to set priorities and translate goals into action plans; push self and others to achieve results.
- Manage internal and external communications.
- Acquire and retain talent, coach and provide feedback, and develop team members for growth.
- Identify solutions to problems, look beyond obvious answers, and remain focused on goals.
- Clearly assign responsibility, set measurable objectives, monitor processes and results, and provide effective feedback.
- Provide timely, direct, complete, and actionable positive and corrective feedback.
- Consider internal and external customers, explain how operational execution affects customer experience, and maintain relationships through respectful and effective communication.
