About The Position

As a Starbucks coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team in creating a warm, welcoming space where customers can connect and enjoy quality coffee. The role combines business leadership with coaching and mentoring team members, creating meaningful customer experiences, and building relationships in the community. The role requires full-time work, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team members with professional maturity.
High school diploma or GED at minimum.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country where applying.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
