About The Position
A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. Attendants are the faces of the wash in a fast, fun, team-oriented environment. The position offers an introduction to the car wash industry, professional development opportunities, and a potential career path to management positions. The role involves customer service, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, preparing vehicles for the wash tunnel, guiding vehicles onto the conveyor, maintaining equipment, and maintaining the facility. The work requires standing for extended periods and working in all weather conditions.
Requirements
- Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
- Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- At least 16 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
- Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
- Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
- Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
- Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
