About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant helps with the site’s facility and day-to-day operations. Attendants work in a fast, fun, team-oriented environment and serve as the faces of the wash. The role offers an opportunity to learn how to run a car wash, with professional development and potential career paths to management positions. The position is based in Augusta, Georgia. The starting pay rate is $11.00 per hour, with an opportunity to earn weekly commission. Flexible scheduling is available, and both part-time and full-time positions are offered. Team members may be eligible for health, dental, vision, and supplemental coverage, subject to a 12-month measurement period and an average of at least 30 hours worked per week. Eligibility for the 401(k) plan is subject to its terms. PTO is provided according to company policy, and the company provides paid holidays.

Requirements

Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
Complete a drug screen and background check.
Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
