About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and operations. The role provides friendly customer service, helps customers enroll in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepares vehicles for the wash tunnel, and supports equipment maintenance and facility upkeep. Attendants work in a fast, fun, team-oriented environment and represent the wash to its customers. The position offers professional development opportunities and a potential career path to management.

Requirements

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
