What You'll Do As the Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of store operations, create an engaging shopping experience, and deliver outstanding business results.

Requirements

3+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
Demonstrated success driving sales growth and improving operational performance.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple priorities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods as business needs require.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree or higher in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience in seasonal retail, party supplies, specialty retail, home décor, gift shops, or big-box retail is highly preferred.
Experience managing payroll, scheduling, inventory, and P&L performance is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Chinese or English/Spanish) is a plus.

Ensure consistent execution of company policies, operational procedures, merchandising standards, and customer service expectations.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing shopping environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, cash handling procedures, and inventory control standards.
Drive sales growth and profitability by monitoring key business metrics, including: Sales Revenue, Customer Traffic, Conversion Rate, Average Transaction Value (ATV), Payroll Productivity, Operational KPIs.
Analyze business trends and develop action plans to improve store performance and exceed sales goals.
Manage store expenses and payroll to achieve financial objectives.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by leading with a customer-first mindset.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Build customer loyalty through outstanding service and team engagement.
Execute visual merchandising standards that create an exciting and inspiring shopping experience.
Partner with Supply Chain to maintain appropriate inventory levels and support seasonal merchandise transitions.
Monitor inventory accuracy and implement effective shrink prevention practices.
Partner closely with Corporate teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and HR, to support business initiatives.
Build positive relationships with landlords, vendors, and external service providers.
