Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Assist customers in selecting products for birthdays, holidays, weddings, graduations, baby showers, and other celebrations.
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves throughout the day.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and promotional presentations.
• Help organize balloons and party decorations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Receive and process merchandise deliveries.
• Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention.
• Support seasonal floor sets and store resets.
• Follow all company safety, operational, and customer service standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by store leadership.
