About The Position

Goodwill Industries of the Summit is seeking a Store Manager for its Ripley store. The Store Manager leads a team of 30–40 people and manages daily store operations, customer experience, donation production, and inventory control. The role supports Goodwill’s mission of providing job training, education, and community programs, and requires some travel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least three years of related manager or supervisor experience.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills with both large groups and individuals.
• Proven track record of increasing sales in a retail setting.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Some travel is required.
• Strong communication and people skills, a customer-focused mindset, and commitment to Goodwill’s mission, vision, and values.
