About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team in creating a warm and welcoming environment where customers can connect and enjoy coffee. The role involves running the business and helping make the coffeehouse a place where the community feels welcome, while leading with craft and care. Requirements

Three years of retail or customer service management experience, or four or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, with work regularly exceeding 40 hours per week, and variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
