About The Position

Requirements

3–5 years of commercial tire store operations experience.
Knowledge of commercial tires and retreading.

Superior communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing.

Responsibilities

Manage store operations and work with sales to increase accounts.
Create and audit work orders and invoices.
Track inventory and ensure all tires are accounted for.
Set expectations for service technicians and office personnel.
Coordinate deliveries of new inventory to customers and pick up tires for retreading; larger inventory levels are coordinated with a company driver.
