As a Beaches Store Manager you will lead your own location while building a high-performing, guest-focused team.
Requirements
- Love working with people

- Enjoy commission sales and helping customers find the right products and services
- Are dependable, positive, and self-motivated
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Two (2+) years of sales and management success in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail.
Responsibilities
- Own daily store operations and drive overall business performance
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commission sales team
- Drive commission sales, memberships, customer service upgrades, and revenue growth
- Create an exceptional guest experience every time
- Train, motivate, and retain a team of top talent
- Inspire your team to crush individual and store goals
- Oversee opening, closing, and daily operational standards
