Requirements

Love working with people
Have great communication skills
Enjoy commission sales and helping customers find the right products and services
Are dependable, positive, and self-motivated
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Two (2+) years of sales and management success in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail.

Responsibilities

Own daily store operations and drive overall business performance
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commission sales team
Drive commission sales, memberships, customer service upgrades, and revenue growth
Create an exceptional guest experience every time
Train, motivate, and retain a team of top talent
