About The Position

Bath Depot, a proud Canadian, family-owned business specializing in bathroom, kitchen, and lighting products with over 350 employees and 49 stores, is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Store Manager for its Mississauga location. The company aims to reinvent the home renovation shopping experience. This role involves representing trendy products, helping customers with projects of all sizes, and contributing to a dynamic, inclusive, and diverse workplace.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years in a relevant professional role.
  • College diploma required.
  • Available to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills (Autonomy & Initiative).
  • Excellent service skills and ability to build lasting relationships (Customer Focus).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities (Management Skills).
  • Management: 5 years (preferred).
  • Sales: 3 years (preferred).
  • Customer Service: 3 years (preferred).

  • Plan and manage daily store operations efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage employee schedules and timesheets accurately.
  • Liaise with the administrative center when necessary.
