About The Position

Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support safety, compliance, and operational initiatives within a large-scale engineering and maintenance environment. This role will focus on developing and implementing structured processes related to investigations, corrective actions, and safety assurance programs.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager in safety, compliance, or engineering environments
Strong knowledge of investigation processes, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Experience with audit programs and safety assurance frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and detail-oriented manner

OSHA knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

Establish and implement an internal investigations framework
Define investigation thresholds and protocols, including regulatory communication processes
Conduct investigations, including root cause analysis and documentation of findings
Develop and manage corrective action plans based on investigation outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
Design and implement workflows to manage corrective actions from multiple sources
Develop tools and systems to track, monitor, and report on corrective actions
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
Develop and implement safety assurance programs aligned with OSHA standards
Create documentation such as audit schedules, checklists, and performance metrics
Coordinate with internal teams to execute safety assurance initiatives
Monitor and report on safety compliance and continuous improvement efforts
Support leadership with strategic initiatives and departmental projects
Contribute to process improvements and organizational efficiency efforts
