About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the facility, including driving financial performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, providing supervision and development for associates, and delivering excellent customer service. Requirements

  • 2 years general management experience to include financial accountability.
  • 2 years experience supervising 20 or more associates/employees to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
  • Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for management and hourly Associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, and promoting a belonging mindset.
  • Upholds the Company's Open Door Policy by meeting with Associates, listening to concerns, researching issues, and providing resolutions.
  • Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures by holding Associates and managers accountable, implementing asset protection and safety controls, maintaining quality assurance, and overseeing operational reviews.
  • Initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs and encourages Associates and managers to serve as good community members.
  • Drives the financial performance of the Facility by ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved, controlling expenses, and developing action plans to correct deficiencies.
  • Models, enforces, and provides direction on proper Customer service approaches and techniques.
  • Directs the management team in facility operations and communicates with Associates about facility operations, merchandising, and company direction.
  • Drives sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, in-stock and inventory levels, and budgeting.
  • Builds high-performing teams, embraces differences, creates a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.
