About The Position
As a Starbucks coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads the team and oversees the business while creating a warm, welcoming environment where customers can connect. The role focuses on delivering meaningful coffeehouse experiences, leading with craft and care, and making the coffeehouse a place where the community feels welcome. Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country where applying.
- Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
