About The Position

As Exxon Convenience Store Manager (SM), you will be responsible for serving each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. SM will also be responsible for processing transactions of customers on a computerized POS register, maintain a clean, well-stocked food and beverage area, and clean and stock merchandise. When working within the QSR food concept the SM must insure that all company procedures are followed and all standards for food quality, cleanliness, sanitation and customer service are met.

Responsibilities

Providing safe work environment for employees, customers and vendors.
Preparing labor schedules.
Contributing to increased profitability of store/company.
Maintaining all store equipment.
