About The Position

Russell Cellular is hiring a Store Manager to lead a retail team, drive sales, and create excellent customer experiences. The manager leads from the front by serving customers, coaching and developing Wireless Specialists, and meeting personal and store sales goals. This is an active, customer-facing sales leadership role.

The Store Manager also oversees recruitment, interviewing, hiring, training, and onboarding, as well as scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily store operations. The role resolves escalated customer concerns and maintains a clean, organized, and professional store environment.

Compensation includes a $17.16 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. Average earnings are described as up to $23.00 per hour, with the opportunity for high performers to earn more through uncapped commissions. Responsibilities
