About The Position

As a Store Manager at Dry Goods, you drive retail growth by motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style. You support the Dry Goods brand by directing activities needed to achieve store goals, increase associate and customer engagement, and maintain an inspiring, fashionable store environment. The role includes leadership, staffing, hiring, training, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, sales-associate and keyholder duties, and merchandising oversight. You must be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts. Dry Goods offers an ever-changing selection of clothing, jewelry, and accessories. Responsibilities

Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
Execute all duties of a sales associate and keyholder.
Coordinate interviews, including conducting screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
Maintain appropriate staffing levels and forecast future staffing needs.
Assess associate performance to improve service quality and increase sales; provide feedback and performance evaluations.
Develop associate skills to meet store goals and conduct ongoing training for new and existing employees.
Complete payroll and maintain time clocks.
Administer employee benefit enrollment and usage.
Implement merchandising plans and monitor the store’s visual appearance and cleanliness.
Develop and implement solutions to address customer problems and business needs.
Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
