About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager runs the business and leads a team that creates meaningful moments of connection and joy for customers. The role is focused on leading with craft and heart and creating a warm, welcoming coffeehouse where the community feels welcome. Starbucks offers developmental experiences to support the manager’s growth.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, with work regularly exceeding 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
