About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail store serving licensed beauty professionals. The role is responsible for managing and developing talent, inspiring the team, and ensuring customers receive an excellent experience and customized solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. The position also ensures staff follow safety and security procedures and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintains the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Self-starter attitude and drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand for long periods; walk; and repeatedly bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, reach, or perform similar activities.
• Ability to repeatedly lift moderately heavy items, such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
