About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team in creating a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect and enjoy quality coffee. The role involves leading the coffeehouse with craft and care and creating a place where the community feels welcome. Starbucks offers developmental experiences to support the Store Manager’s growth.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
High school diploma or GED at minimum.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
