About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager runs the business and leads a team that creates moments of connection and joy. The role focuses on leading with craft and heart and making the coffeehouse a warm, welcoming place where the community feels welcome. Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
High school diploma or GED at minimum.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
