About The Position

Store Manager Trainees learn to operate and lead within the Harbor Freight Tools environment. In partnership with Field Leadership, they manage teams to maximize financial output, improve productivity and overall performance across stores by optimizing talent, executing operations, and delivering a rewarding customer experience. They solve complex problems using good judgment and business acumen, embrace the Mission Statement and Success Drivers for the Store Manager position, and model Harbor Freight’s Core Principles.

The anticipated salary range is $70,000–$97,808, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, eligibility to enroll in the company 401(k), paid time off accruing up to 200 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays), and paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. Schedules are described as respectful and fall within operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
