About The Position
The Store Manager Trainee learns all responsibilities required to successfully manage a Dollar Tree store. The role leads, coaches, and develops store associates; maintains store standards, cleanliness, and merchandising; drives sales and operational performance; manages inventory, freight, and daily store operations; and ensures excellent customer service and a safe shopping environment.
