About The Position

Panda Express is hiring experienced leaders to join its store management team. Store Managers are responsible for operating a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Assistant Managers assist with the operation of a single store and share responsibility for hiring, managing, and directing associates toward those goals. Store Managers receive at least eight weeks of store leadership training; Assistant Managers receive at least three weeks. Panda Express offers professional development, mentorship, and support from its associate community.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• ServeSafe certification.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to prepare hot and cold foods, use a Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for up to four hours, and reach across 36-inch countertops.

Responsibilities

• Operate a single store as a Store Manager, or assist with operating a single store as an Assistant Manager.
