About The Position

Town Pump is seeking a motivated and outgoing Store Maintenance team member. The role supports store operations through customer service, equipment maintenance and repairs, housekeeping, store security, and assistance to cashiers, clerks, or managers as needed. The position helps keep the store running and may require coming in as needed. It includes outdoor work and exposure to cold and other weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist store cashiers, clerks, or managers as needed.
• Perform mechanical operation, repairs, and upkeep of store equipment and property.
• Repair, grease, clean, and test fuel pumps and associated equipment, including refrigeration, HVAC, and control systems.
• Follow safe repair and tool-handling procedures, using protective clothing and necessary personal protective equipment.
• Clean and paint buildings, sidewalks, and fuel islands; maintain landscaping; and remove trash and snow.
• Maintain use or repair books, safety manuals, duty logs, pump inspections, and electrical schematics.
• Maintain lights, including replacing lamps and ballasts.
• Support store security and help keep the store running, including coming in as needed.
• Interact with the public and provide exceptional customer service.
