About The Position

The Store Leader at uBreakiFix by Asurion leads a retail team, drives store performance, and shapes customer experiences in a fast-paced technology environment. The role oversees daily store operations and supports work ranging from device repair to customer service. The starting pay is $21.51 per hour, with unlimited sales incentive potential; store leaders earn an average of $1,094 per month in incentives in addition to base pay.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• At least 1 year of leadership experience, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets while coaching and developing employees.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• A competitive, results-driven mindset and motivation to exceed goals and lead a high-performing team.
• Ability to balance sales, service, and operational responsibilities in a dynamic retail environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate retail sales team members to meet or exceed goals for repair volume, sales, and speed.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Coach, develop, and empower team members to build skills, meet performance targets, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Address customer issues and help the team work through challenges.
• Model strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to support an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, repair quality, and workflow.
• Support store functions ranging from device repair to customer service.
