About The Position

Serving customers with a friendly, positive attitude creates customer loyalty, and having every member of the team focused on these goals is critical. Little General expects you to genuinely enjoy serving customers, consistently promote loyalty programs, upsell products related to customer purchases, and make every effort to develop a relationship with customers and learn their buying patterns. Your professional image is important to the continued success of Little General and is an essential part of winning the confidence and trust of both customers and co-workers.

Requirements

  • Must be well-groomed (No offensive body odor or bad breath)
  • Must wear closed-toed shoes at all times
  • Uniform bottoms will be pants, jeans or shorts, clean, and free from holes and/or patches. All uniforms must look professional and be suitable in length.
  • Employees are required to wear Little General issued uniform shirts or other uniform provided by a partner concept or franchise.
  • Little General name tag must be visible at all times.
  • Allowed one studded facial piercing (eyebrow rings, nose rings, lip rings, ear gauges, and tongue studs).
  • Visible tattoos may not be obscene, profane, explicit, racist, sexual, or demonstrating images that are otherwise in violation of other Little General policies such as harassment or disability issues.
  • No use of tobacco products of any kind is permitted by employees during work hours other than at designated breaks and in a designated location.
