About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and leading a team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in store management or related field
Proven track record in inventory control and retail sales

Proficiency in POS systems and administrative tasks
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in stock management and inventory control.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising staff members.
Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of budgeting and financial principles.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
Familiarity with POS systems for processing sales transactions.
Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries effectively.
