About The Position

NAPA is hiring a part-time Delivery Driver to deliver automotive parts and supplies to customers across the metropolitan area. The role includes customer service, vendor pickups, inventory support, delivery tracking, and other store operations. Drivers are expected to operate company vehicles safely, follow traffic laws, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and perform routine checks. The position offers flexible scheduling, including possible evening, weekend, and holiday work, and a starting hourly rate of $16.60.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, reach up to 8 feet, and stand or walk for extended periods.
Experience handling cash transactions and processing returns accurately.
Strong communication skills, including clear speaking and attentive listening.
Comfort navigating metropolitan areas using GPS or directions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver automotive parts and supplies to NAPA customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Build customer relationships through friendly, professional service during deliveries.
Pick up parts from vendors and maintain accurate stockroom inventory.
Follow safety guidelines and traffic laws while driving company vehicles.
Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness checks on delivery trucks, including checking tire pressure and vehicle cleanliness.
Maintain delivery logs and track shipments using company systems.
Support store operations by maintaining facility standards, dispatching orders, providing customer service, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and stocking shelves as needed.
