About The Position

NAPA is hiring a part-time Store Delivery Driver to deliver automotive parts and supplies to customers across a metropolitan area. The role combines safe, accurate, and timely deliveries with friendly customer service and support for store operations. Drivers use company vehicles and systems, maintain delivery records, help manage inventory and shipments, and keep delivery vehicles and the facility in good condition. The position offers flexible scheduling, a starting hourly rate of $17.85, and benefits for eligible employees.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, reach up to 8 feet, and stand or walk for extended periods.
Experience handling cash transactions and accurately processing returns.
Strong communication skills, including clear speaking and attentive listening.
Comfort navigating metropolitan areas using GPS or directions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver automotive parts and supplies to NAPA customers, making on-time and accurate deliveries.
Build customer relationships through friendly, professional service during deliveries.
Pick up parts from vendors and maintain accurate stockroom inventory.
Follow safety guidelines and traffic laws while operating company vehicles.
Perform routine delivery truck maintenance and cleanliness checks, including checking tire pressure and vehicle cleanliness.
Maintain delivery logs and track shipments using company systems.
Support store operations by maintaining facility standards, dispatching orders, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and stocking shelves as needed.
