About The Position

NAPA is hiring a part-time Store Delivery Driver to deliver automotive parts and supplies to customers across a metropolitan area. The role combines safe, accurate deliveries and friendly customer service with support for store operations. Drivers use company vehicles and systems to navigate routes, track shipments, and maintain delivery records. The position offers flexible scheduling, including possible evening, weekend, and holiday work, and a starting hourly rate of $15.00.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, reach up to 8 feet, and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Experience handling cash transactions and processing returns accurately.
• Clear verbal communication and attentive listening skills.
• Comfort navigating metropolitan areas using GPS or directions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver automotive parts and supplies to NAPA customers on time and accurately.
• Build customer relationships by providing friendly, professional service during deliveries.
• Pick up parts from vendors and maintain accurate stockroom inventory.
• Follow safety guidelines and traffic laws while driving company vehicles.
• Perform routine delivery-truck maintenance and cleanliness checks, including checking tire pressure and vehicle cleanliness.
• Maintain detailed delivery logs and track shipments using company systems.
• Support store operations by maintaining facility standards, dispatching orders, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and stocking shelves as needed.
