About The Position

NAPA is hiring a Store Delivery Driver to deliver automotive parts and supplies to customers across the metropolitan area. The role combines safe, accurate deliveries and customer service with support for store operations, including inventory, shipments, order dispatch, and stocking. Drivers represent the NAPA brand and work in a fast-paced, supportive team environment. Flexible scheduling options are available, and the opportunity may suit either part-time or full-time applicants.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, reach up to 8 feet, and stand or walk for extended periods.
Experience handling cash transactions and processing returns accurately.
Clear communication skills, including speaking and attentive listening.
Ability to navigate metropolitan areas using GPS or directions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Dependable, safe driving and strong customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver automotive parts and supplies to NAPA customers, making accurate and on-time deliveries.
Build customer relationships by providing friendly, professional service during deliveries.
Pick up parts from vendors and maintain accurate stockroom inventory.
Follow safety guidelines and traffic laws while driving company vehicles.
Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness checks on delivery trucks, including tire-pressure and vehicle-cleanliness checks.
Maintain detailed delivery logs and track shipments using company systems.
Support store operations by maintaining facility standards, dispatching orders, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and stocking shelves as needed.
