About The Position

NAPA is hiring a Store Delivery Driver to deliver automotive parts and supplies to customers across the metropolitan area. The position combines safe and accurate driving with customer service and support for store operations. Drivers use company vehicles, maintain delivery records and shipment tracking, pick up parts from vendors, and help keep the stockroom and store organized. Flexible scheduling may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The starting hourly rate is $18.60.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, reach up to 8 feet, and stand or walk for extended periods.
Experience handling cash transactions and processing returns accurately.
Strong communication skills, including clear speaking and attentive listening.
Ability to navigate metropolitan areas using GPS or directions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver automotive parts and supplies to NAPA customers, ensuring deliveries are on time and accurate.
Build customer relationships by providing friendly, professional service during deliveries.
Pick up parts from vendors and maintain accurate stockroom inventory.
Follow safety guidelines and traffic laws while driving company vehicles.
Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness checks on delivery trucks, including checking tire pressure and vehicle cleanliness.
Maintain detailed delivery logs and track shipments using company systems.
Support store operations by maintaining facility standards, dispatching orders, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and stocking shelves as needed.
