About The Position

Team Thunder Pies is hiring inside team members for late-night shifts Thursday through Sunday at the Domino’s serving UConn and the surrounding area. Team members make, bake, and take orders. The schedule is intended to accommodate school, a second job, or a side gig, and the role may be full-time with greater availability or part-time with less availability. Training is provided on the job, and there is an opportunity to grow into management or other roles.

Requirements

• Available to work at least two days between Thursday and Sunday, during late-night hours; the posting specifies 8 p.m.–3 a.m. and also mentions shifts from 10 p.m.–4 a.m.
• Able to work quickly under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team and being friendly with customers.
• Able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and work in tight spaces.
• Able to work around hot ovens (500°+), sharp edges, and moving equipment; in temperatures ranging from a 36° cooler to 90°+ near ovens; and outdoors in all weather.
• Must be at least 18 years old for compliance with Connecticut labor laws for minors.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas and other menu items to order.
• Answer phones and take counter orders.
• Cash out carry-out orders and hand orders to customers.
• Prepare products, stock supplies, and keep the store clean.
• Take out trash and handle other outside tasks.
