About The Position

Team Thunder Pies is hiring inside team members for late-night shifts at the Domino’s serving UConn and the surrounding area. The role combines making pizzas and other menu items with front-counter customer service, order handling, food preparation, stocking, and store upkeep. Applicants must be available at least two days between Thursday and Sunday, with shifts described as 8 p.m.–3 a.m. The posting also describes the opportunity as running from 10 p.m.–4 a.m. The position may be full-time for candidates with more availability or part-time for those with less. The schedule can accommodate school, a second job, or a side gig, and the company describes opportunities for advancement. On-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

• Be available to work at least two days between Thursday and Sunday for late-night shifts.
• Work quickly under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Be comfortable working independently or as part of a team and interacting pleasantly with customers.
• Be able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and work in tight spaces.
• Be able to work around hot ovens (500°+), sharp edges, and moving equipment; in temperatures ranging from a 36° cooler to 90°+ near the ovens; and outdoors in all weather.
• Be at least 18 years old to comply with Connecticut labor laws for minors.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas and other menu items to order.
• Help at the front counter by answering phones, taking counter orders, processing carry-out payments, and handing orders to customers.
• Prepare products, stock supplies, and keep the store clean.
• Take out trash and handle other outside tasks.
