About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Late Night Delivery Driver for its Ellisville location at 345 Clarkson Rd. The driver makes timely and accurate deliveries during night-shift hours, follows safety procedures, and provides professional customer service. The role requires working independently with minimal supervision while communicating with dispatch and management about delivery status and obstacles.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating delivery or commercial vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently during night-shift hours with minimal supervision.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of defensive driving and commitment to safety compliance.
• Ability to meet strict delivery schedules and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently on assigned routes during night-shift hours.
• Plan and execute routes to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
• Load, unload, and secure packages and freight in accordance with safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Use GPS navigation and delivery management systems to ensure accurate package placement.
• Provide professional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve delivery issues.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
• Communicate delivery status and obstacles to dispatch and management.
