About The Position

Kinn is a fine jewelry brand specializing in modern heirlooms. Its jewelry is handcrafted from solid 14k gold and designed to last and be passed down. The Store Client Advisor works part time at Kinn’s flagship store in Culver City, California, handling product knowledge, communication, retail sales, customer service, and activities that create a positive customer experience.

Client Advisors work closely with guests to understand their preferences, comfort zones, and long-term image goals. They serve as fashion consultants, confidants, and creative partners, helping customers build and evolve personal connections through clothing and style choices.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably with a fashion luxury or contemporary brand.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including POS, Excel, and Word.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, high-energy, entrepreneurial spirit.
• Team player inspired by others’ successes as well as their own.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding service experiences.
• Help customers select appropriate styles based on their needs and preferences.
• Use product knowledge to explain the collection’s vision and quality.
• Build and maintain an organized client book to generate appointments and drive sales through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Proactively contact clients based on their preferences and past purchases.
• Achieve and exceed sales and metric goals.
• Use product knowledge and trends to provide relevant styling suggestions.
• Engage with customers and build relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Maintain knowledge of store key performance metrics and work toward targets.
• Collaborate with management to develop action plans and sales strategies.
• Maintain the store’s visual presentation and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Assist with floor sets and merchandise replenishment as needed.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Collaborate with management on operational tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
